The Bright Side

You know what I’ve realized during this time of being horribly sick? I realize that with all this coughing, it’s a great fat burner system. My abs have never felt stronger and my tummy is actually “sore” from all the coughing. You know, the “I just did 300 sit ups” type of soreness. Strange. I skipped yoga last weekend because I was too sick to function outside of the house, so I missed my weekly workout routine. The good news is that with all this coughing and trying to hack up the phlegm (yes I know, I’m so sexy with all this sweet talk), I feel like I still got my good workout in! Go figure.

I guess it’s good to look on the bright side of things. Heh.
