I’ve been watching all of these real estate shows, such as The Big Flip, and Flip That House, and Property Virgins, and… well, you get the point. I think I’ve become addicted. Yes, I have a problem. Since we are looking to buy a home in the near future (hopefully nearer than farther!), I am keeping my eyes open on mortgage leads and where to invest. Perhaps in the long term, we would be great real estate investors and marketers. Using Zip Search would make this so easy, especially when they are so in tuned to finding all the necessary mortgage leads, marketing leads, buying leads, and overall investment leads. This product, upon using it, gives you all the leads you can possibly want to invest appropriately and correctly. With all these tips available, both lenders and brokers can get ahead easier and more efficiently. Plus, it’s safe to use, it’s reliable, and it’s easy. This sounds like something I’m definitely going to get addicted to, especially with the full real estate gear attached to my head right now. I have a feeling this will be something I will want to get connected with and learn how to use. My dream of investing in properties and giving it back to the poor may come true after all!

The Jenbug

One of the things I’ve really been enjoying about where I work and what I do is getting to know my Jenbug. It’s been over a year now that we’ve worked together, and I can’t believe how fast and close we’ve become in such a short time. It’s as if we just clicked. It took a little bit, since her office was trapped upstairs and it was scary and I never came to the office during the first few months. Heh. But after that, and after she became parapro and we started working together, we found ourselves having lunch a lot, seeing clients together a lot, and squeezing in shopping times every once in a while. I’ve come to enjoy her company, to really think of her as one of my best friends, to really value the friendship that we’ve been kindling, and to really appreciate her as a person. I’m glad that I took this job, despite all the paperwork complaints and the big caseloads. I wouldn’t have met and loved my Jenbug if I didn’t.

Fast Tek

We’ve all gone through a time (or dozen) when our wireless internet doesn’t work. It’s frustrating as hell. I hate going through it and it leaves me feeling like we’re just surfing in the dark. Nothing works, nothing loads. Grr. To have something more dependable is what we all want. Perhaps having a home wireless network through Fast Teks is the way to go. I’m seriously considering it because I’m tired of the independability of what we have now. Eventually, the crappy service we’re getting will push us to finally switch to someting more dependable and reliable. Dude. It’s about time.

Beautiful to Me

This has been an interesting week. As my belly grows and my body starts to change more and more, I look at each week as if it is an entity in and of itself. It’s like each week I change more and more, morphing into something else. I look down and I hardly recognize my body anymore. It’s more beautiful, more full of life — of BEAN life. It’s so beautiful. I’ve learned how to be proud of my body a while ago, but this is entirely something different. How beautiful.

A child can bring so many beautiful things into our lives. A child can even make us feel more beautiful to ourselves.

Energy Efficiency

One of the things that we’ve been working on as a family and as citizens of the world is slowly converting to environmental products, from our household items to our light bulbs. We’ve even started using solar lighting and LED landscape lighting for our front yard and balcony area. It lights up the whole landscape with cost-effective, energy-saving lights. Plus, I think it makes our outdoor environment look so much better. Solar and LED lights are some of the best inventions of mankind. I really recommend you using them for your home usage. You won’t regret it, especially when you realize you’ve used less electricity and spent less money. Go Gaia!

Busy Busy Day

Today was a very, very busy day. I thought it would never end, actually. It started roughly around 9am, and didn’t end until well after 6pm. And it went bam bam bam bam, from the very get-go. I hit the ground running. I think this was my karmic “punishment” for getting snowed in yesterday. I had to catch up on everything today. I think I got a lot done, though there is still a lot more to do. Oi. The blessing, however, is that my clients are awesome right now, and my caseload is really good. I genuinely like each and every one of my clients, so that makes it easy to want to help them, and see them every week.

However, I am sooo freakin’ done with the day. I want to go to sleep now. So have a good night, all.

Visiting Vancouver

I want a lot of my friends to visit us here in Vancouver. I know they would all enjoy it, especially considering all of their lovely comments when some of them came to our wedding last July. There’s Stanley Park that holds its own beauty against Central Park in New York. There’s all the cultural events and beauty in Vancouver city, including Chinatown which I love to visit. Especially during this time of year, with Chinese New Year coming up, there will be so many exciting events going on in Vancouver. I plan on visiting the beautiful Chinese Garden in Vancouver because they’re having a special Chinese New Year festival event on February 10 this year. Why would anyone not consider an awesome flight to Vancouver through DialAFlight? Next time my parents come to visit, I’m suggesting that they use this particular service for cheaper flights to see us. There is so much to see in Vancouver. It never gets old. I love living here, and I want everyone to visit!
